Changing the way mothers see themselves

…one mother at a time.

“ Momming With Truth takes the everyday mom moments, validates the struggles and empowers imPERFECT moms to move forward with the use of tools and strategies within a community setting. If you are in need of products that remind you of your worth, or looking for a community to grow with, you came to the right place.”
-Jamina Bone, Illustrator & Founder of MWT

As you grieve the loss of what you dreamed this would be, hold tight to the truth. Motherhood is complex, you are not alone, and it is okay to not be okay. You can find hope here.

Before Momming With Truth (MWT), I was hurting in my marriage, feeling ashamed of our struggles and I’d bury myself in my pain. … MWT has helped me and so many women connect and become a vital emotional support to each other in ways we needed and couldn’t find at home.

Before Momming With Truth, I felt like a lousy mom… like I wasn’t cut out for this. I’d see all these curated IG posts on motherhood, my friends and family posting beautiful family photos of everyone smiling. I’d look down at my stained sweatpants, dirty hair and smudged eyeglasses, my messy home and screaming babies and feel defeated.

Before MWT, I was hurting in my marriage, feeling ashamed of our struggles and I’d bury myself in my pain. After being placed in a group of other moms, I felt a connection to something so much bigger. There was an unbiased support for us to succeed as moms, to build up our marriages, and most importantly to find ourselves again. This was something I couldn’t find within my family or even my best friends.

MWT has helped me and so many women connect and become a vital emotional support to each other in ways we needed and couldn’t find at home.”

“I will never be able to thank Jamina enough. For what she does for women and moms, for being there for us, and for my custom drawing of our family. I will forever treasure it. I’m so thankful for how she fights to normalize Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. MWT has helped so many women and I am grateful for randomly stumbling on her page.”

“Momming With Truth has allowed me to get past a lot of the guilt I feel as a parent. This obsession modern parents have to do everything themself and without complaint is why so many moms suffer in silence. …Putting up boundaries, setting limits, saying no or yes, having intrusive thoughts doesn’t decrease my value as a mother. I love my children fiercely. I’m still a good mom. … We’re all doing the best and we don’t tell each other that often enough.”
